Introduction

To access resources from off campus you must have a campus login (same as your email or moodle)

To place holds on library materials you must be registered in our library system.

Tips for searching for information in databases and books

  1. Check the resources below and decide which resource might be the best to start with.
  2. Once the resource is chosen, think about the search parameters. 
  3.  For example: when search for someone or someplace specific use " "
    1. "Catherine Deneuve" or "Francois Bayrou"
    2. "Quebec City, Canada" or "Tahiti, French Polynesia"
  4. Why search these resources
    1. Random web sources, such as wikipedia may not be reliable
    2. Resources are higher quality.
    3. Articles are usually written by experts
